Nomination day for the Peace River School Division is happening Wednesday, September 27.
PRSD is holding a by-election to fill vacant school board trustee positions in Ward 6 (Fairview, rural Fairview) and Ward 7 (Hines Creek, rural Hines Creek, Worsley, Bear Canyon, Cleardale and Clear Hills area) and Wednesday is the day to submit a nominee.
Interested candidates can obtain nomination information at the division’s website or at local public schools in the Town of Fairview, Village of Hines Creek, Village of Worsley, Menno Simons Community School, and at Central Operations in Grimshaw.
Nominations close at noon on Wednesday.
