Grande Prairie RCMP respond to firearms complaint

Grande Prairie RCMP responded to a firearms complaint early Sunday evening.

At around 7:40 p.m., residents were advised to shelter in place if they were in the vicinity of 104 Avenue and 92A street while police responded.

The situation was contained to a residence and the shelter in place was declared over around 8:20 p.m., with RCMP remaining on scene for some time after.
