Small Business Week kicks of in Grande Prairie

It’s small business week in Grande Prairie.

The Grande Prairie and District Chamber of Commerce and the County of Grande Prairie have partnered up to celebrate local entrepreneurs with three events throughout the week:

First off is the Women in Business Luncheon happening today at 12:30 p.m., featuring actress, model, and First Nations activist, Ashley Callingbull as the guest speaker.

Then on Wednesday, the Swan City Rotary Club is holding a luncheon event with Northwestern Alberta Foundation CEO, Laura LaValley.

And to finish off the week will be the 2023 Chamber Awards of Distinction at the Pomeroy Hotel on Thursday.
