No physician at Beaverlodge ED Sunday

Alberta Health Services says the emergency department at the Beaverlodge Municipal Hospital will be without a doctor on Sunday, October 29.

There will be no physician available from 7 a.m. Sunday until 7 a.m. Monday.

Nursing staff will still be there to provide triage, assessments, and referrals.

People with an emergency during this time are still asked to call 911. Paramedics will be available and will be re-routed to the Grande Prairie Regional Hospital.
