Emergency Department Disruption

Temporary disruption at Fairview Health Complex ED

The Fairview Health Complex emergency department could be without an on-site physician on Tuesday, November 14, and Wednesday, November 15.

Due to an inability to secure physician coverage, there will be no on-site physician from 7:00 a.m. Tuesday till 7:00 a.m. Wednesday.

If patients call 911 with a medical emergency, EMS remain available to transport them to surrounding healthcare facilities.

If coverage is found the disruptions may be cancelled.

Residents are reminded to call Health Link at 811, which is available 24/7 for non-emergency health-related questions.
