Seniors Outreach looking for “Snow Fairies” this winter

There many be no snow on the ground now, but Grande Prairie Seniors Outreach is putting a call out to the community for people wanting to be “snow fairies” this winter.

Snow fairies assist the elderly that are unable to clear their own snow.

No communication is needed between snow fairies or homeowners, so the clearing of snow can be done at any time and does not need any prior arrangements.

Seniors that want to sign up for the program, can do so by filling out an application form at the Seniors Outreach office at #101 10127 121 Avenue or by calling 780-539-6255.
