Grande Prairie man wins $100,000 from Circle K scratch ticket

A Grande Prairie man is now $100,000 richer, after playing a $5 Hidden Gems Scratcher from the Circle K on 76 Ave.

Brennan Willier said he only bought the ticket after winning $50 on the Peppermint Payout Scratcher.

He says in a release “I grabbed that one because it was new and I hadn’t tried it before, I went home and scratched and sure enough I saw the $100,000 come up.”

After he was done scratching the ticket, he had to do a “once-over” adding, “My wife was really happy too! We showed my kids and they’re super excited.”

Willier says he is now looking forward to a debt-free Christmas with his family, and spoiling his new grandbaby.
