City of Grande Prairie releases 2023 Retail Market Analysis findings

The City of Grande Prairie has released the results from their recent Retail Market Analysis.

The study, conducted every 3 to 4 years, is meant to identify the market’s current state and opportunities for business retention and expansion.

The report found that the city’s total trade area increased to over 295,000 with a total retail spending of $5.1-billion.

Other findings include the City having a $374 million net inflow in retail stores and 4.15 million square feet of retail space.

InvestGP will utilize the report’s findings to attract new investment in Grande Prairie’s commercial and retail sectors to ensure a progressive retail environment continues to thrive.
