City Hall updates TIPPS tax software

The City of Grande Prairie has updated its Tax Installment Payment Plan.

Residents enrolled with the TIPPs program and who own more than one property may notice their payments are now being taken out as a lump sum rather than in separate amounts per property.

This is due to the City’s new tax software system coming into effect in December 2023.

The city says the total payment amount has not changed for users and any questions can be directed to the Assessment and Taxation department.
