Parking bans in effect due to snow removal

The City of Grande Prairie will be enforcing parking bans on permanent snow routes starting on Wednesday, January 10.

Anyone residing on priority one or two roads was asked in a release by the City to remove their vehicles from the roadway, to ensure snow removers have safe access.

These parking bans will remain in effect until Monday, January 15, or until snow removal is completed; With the ban being enforced Monday to Friday, between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m.

Snow removal crews will also be clearing the trail network and will be doing sanding as needed.
