The Grande Prairie Petroleum Association’s first General Meeting of 2024 is taking place Thursday Jan. 25.

The meeting had previously been scheduled for last week but was pushed back due to unforseen circumstances.

The meeting will also serve as membership registration night for applicants that have 85 per cent of their income from the Oil and Gas Industry.

It’s happening at the Podollan Inn, doors open at 6:00 PM.

The Grande Prairie Petroleum Association is hosting its first General Meeting of 2024 on Thursday, January 18.

Taking place at the Podallan Inn, this General Meeting will also serve as Membership Registration night.

Anyone wanting to become a member must meet a list of requirements; having 85 per cent of your income from the oil and gas industry, being sponsored by an existing member, and pay the $100 application fee.

GPPA says residents can still apply online for a membership before the event, by visiting the GP Oilmen website.

Doors for the first GPPA General Meeting of 2024 and Membership registration night will open at 6 p.m.
