Greenview Fire-Rescue Services receives $15,000 donation from Keyera Corp

Greenview Fire-Rescue Services has received a donation from one of the largest midstream oil and gas operators in Canada.

Keyera Corp has donated $15,000 to assist with the purchase of wildland personnel protection equipment.

The donation was made to recognize the service’s efforts during the 2023 wildfires and for safeguarding Keyera facilities and employees.

Regional Fire Chief Wayne Brown says the PPEs will be a welcome addition to use during wildfire and for grass and brush fires.
