The Alberta government has announced one-time grants for programs to help resolve legal issues outside the courts.
The province is allotting one-point-two million dollars on the grants.
Community-based organizations can each apply for between f$5000 and $25,000.
The goal of the Alberta Community Justice Grant is to increase access to justice within a culturally sensitive community setting.
