Police say they’ve uncovered an elaborate shoplifting and reselling operation in Fort St John, and recovered items worth an estimated $225,000.00.
Mounties say a suspect was arrested on February 4th after reports of a man shoplifting at a local business, as well as two incidents last month.
Police say they previously identified the suspect and carried out multiple searches of his home on February 1st, where they found almost 650 items believed to have been stolen.
