County of GP begins residential snow removal Feb 27

The County of Grande Prairie’s snow removal crews begin work in county neighbourhoods Tuesday.

Work will begin in Whispering Ridge, Westlake Village, and Hythe, before moving onto Clairmont, Wedgewood, Taylor Estates, Maple Ridge, and La Glace.

Parking restrictions will in place in the work areas from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and vehicles left in restricted areas may be ticketed or towed.

Residents are being reminded that piling snow onto roadways is illegal and can result in a $100 fine.
