Time to spring ahead, Daylight Savings Time starts Sunday

Don’t forget to spring ahead this weekend.

Daylight Savings Time starts at 2 a.m. Sunday.

People are reminded to move any clocks ahead that need to be changed manually by one hour on Saturday night.

This will give Albertans more light in the evening.

The B.C. Peace does not change its clocks. This means that there will be an hour time difference between the Alberta and B.C. sides of the Peace as of Sunday.

Daylight Savings Time will remain in place until November 3.
