Storm series and NPHL final both tied 2-2

Storm

The Grande Prairie Storm evened out their first-round playoff series Tuesday night at home.

The Storm put in another hard-fought effort, winning 4-3 over the Calgary Canucks.

The Storm will now make the trip to Calgary to try and steal a road win on Friday, before heading back to Grande Prairie for an elimination game at the Bonnetts Energy Centre on Sunday.

The Friday game starts at 7 p.m. with Sunday’s game set to get underway at 5 p.m.

So far in this series, all games have been decided by a single goal.

NPHL

The North Peace Hockey League final is now tied 2.2

Spirit River beat visiting Falher 3-1 Tuesday night.

Game 5 will be played Thursday in Falher.

Game 6 is set for Saturday in Spirit River. Game 7, if needed, will be played March 26 in Falher.

All games start at 8:30 p.m.
