MD of Fairview released property assessment notices

The Municipal District of Fairview is advising property owners that property assessment notices were released earlier this week.
On Wednesday, March 20, the notices were mailed to property owners registered at the Alberta Land Titles office as of February 29, any owners registered after that date will need to contact the municipal office to obtain an assessment notice.
The MD says if any owner’s have concerns about their assessment to contact the office and provide accurate and current contact information.
Any property owners that feel the assessment does not reflect their property value on July 1 of the previous year and its condition on December 31 may file a complaint with the Assessment Review Board by no later than 60 days after the Notice of Assessment Date May 27, 2024.
