Mar 28, 2024 | 4:19 PM

A pair of suspects have been arrested in connection to a theft from Grande Prairie RCMP’s County Community and Enforcement Services locked compound in Clairmont.

Mounties were able to locate the suspects thanks to a tip from the public and made the arrest March 27, recovering a stolen 2021 Red Can Am Outlander 570 quad.

Thirty-six-year-old Cole Burl Frank Posegate and 33-year-old Ara-Bela Veronika Ross, both of no fixed address, have been charged with multiple offences, including possession of stolen property over $5000 and well as in connection with robbery warrants.

Posegate and Ross were brought before a justice of the peace and released on conditions. They are to appear before the Alberta Court of Justice in Grande Prairie on April 10.

The 2021 Grey Polaris Sportsman Touring 570 quad and the 2022 Black Flat Deck trailer are still unaccounted for.
