MD of Fairview re-opens a road following wildfire suppression efforts in the area

UPDATE:

The MD of Fairview has re-opened Range Road 34, after fire crews brought a fire under control, that was close to the roadway.

Now, residents can once again access Range Road 34 between Township Road 822 and Township Road 814.

The MD of Fairview is notifying the public of a road closure going into effect immediately.

Until further notice, Range Road 34 from Township Road 822 to Township Road 814 will be closed.

The MD credits this closure to emergency wildfire suppression efforts taking place in the area, and asks residents to avoid the area until the road has re-opened.
