Grande Prairie’s Resource Centre for Suicide Prevention and Northwestern Polytechnic’s office of Applied Research & Innovation are hosting a Mental Health Summit next Month.
The summit carries the subtitle Promoting Wellness in Trades, Industry and Agriculture and will provide insight, tools, and training for workplace mental health.
Experts and presenters from various fields will be giving participants training, information and resources regarding psychological health and safety.
Guest speakers at the summit include Careen Condrotte from the Resource Centre, Mona Cooley from the Do More Ag. Foundation, and Michael Green with the Canadian Mental Health Association.
