City to canvass neighbourhoods to update tax assessment records

The City of Grande Prairie will be canvassing neighbourhoods over the summer, starting in May.
City assessors will be working to revise the property photo archive, update tax assessment record, and perform exterior property inspection to ensure property assessment reflect the current market conditions.
The assessors will be in vehicles marked with a city badge and will have ID badges on hand.
Neighbourhoods being canvassed this year include Country Club Estates, County Club West, Crystal Lake Estates, Lakeland, and Mission Heights.
