Seven people treated, released from hospital after school bus-truck crash

Valleyview RCMP say seven people, five kids and two adults, had to be treated in hospital after a collision between a school bus and a truck Monday morning.

Mounties say they got a call just after 8:30 a.m. after a crash on Highway 43 near the Williamson Park Road.

Police say the bus had stopped at the road and was crossing Highway 43 when it was hit by an eastbound truck.

EMS was on the scene to treat the injured. All seven people were treated and released from hospital.
