Public Transit Stop 618 receiving a temporary replacement

The City of Grande Prairie will be implementing a temporary public transit stop for Stop 618, starting on Friday, May 3.

The city credited this temporary stop to a culvert replacement construction project getting underway in the area on Friday.

Transit Stop 618 on Lakeland Drive will then be moved 28 metres north, near the community mailboxes, to “ensure minimal disruption to travel plans.”

The city suggests any residents affected by this new temporary stop stay up to date by checking for updates on the city’s transit page.
