GPCSD and HFCRD meet to discuss potential transfer of St. Thomas More School

The Board of Trustees for both the Grande Prairie & District Catholic Schools and Holy Family Catholic Regional Division met on Monday May 6, to discuss the future of St. Thomas More School in Fairview.
The meeting was regarding a request issued by St. Thomas More School Parent Council Chair Amber Moskalyk in March for STM to move from the GPCSD to HFCRD in the 2024/2025 school year.
Following the request, Grande Prairie & District sent out a survey requesting feedback from staff and families at St. Thomas More to share the results with Holy Family during the meeting.
No conclusion has been reached at this time and both boards will discuss the matter further.
