3D Children Charity underway at CKC

The 3D Children’s Society Annual Soccer and Hockey Tournament is getting underway today (Friday, May 10) starting at 8:30 a.m.

Hosted at the Community Knowledge Campus, money raised from this event will go towards the families of kids with serious medical needs.

In 2019, the organization hit a massive milestone after reaching over $1,000,000 raised for Peace region youth.

This year’s tournament will carry a bit more meaning than usual, as last year’s event had to be postponed due to the wildfires and ongoing evacuations.
