City Hall launching 2024 Resident Satisfaction Survey May 13-31

The City of Grande Prairie is gearing up to launch the 2024 Resident Satisfaction Survey.
Forum Research Inc. will be collecting responses from 400 telephone interviews based on a random sampling of cell phones and landlines.
The survey provides an assessment of how satisfied residents are with municipal services, which helps the city understand resident’s priorities and allows for tracking changes in community satisfaction.
The survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and will be conducted from May 13 to May 31.
