National Aboriginal Hockey Championship cancels bronze medal games

The 2024 National Aboriginal Hockey Championship has made the difficult decision to cancel it’s Bronze medal games for both the Males and Females.

The cause was credited to the ongoing wildfire situation in the Peace region.

At this time, the Gold Medal games remain in place; on the Women’s side it will be Team Alberta facing off with Ontario at 7 p.m. on Saturday, May 12.

On the Men’s side, it will be Team Saskatchewan facing off with Team Ontario at 4 p.m. on Saturday.
