Provincial historic sites, museums open this weekend

The province says Alberta’s provincial historic sites, museums and archives will open for the season this long weekend.

There are 20 government-owned museums and historic sites across the province.

On Sunday, May 19, Historic Dunvegan will be hosting some activities for Sunday Fun Day.

Those will include a treasure hunt, making a scenic painting or writing on postcards with an old fashioned pen and ink.

Each activity costs $2 per person.
