Fourth annual Spirit Seekers Youth Conference this weekend

The Grande Prairie Friendship Centre is hosting the fourh Annual Spirit Seekers Youth Conference this weekend.
Organizers say the conference is an annual celebration of empowerment, unity, and community of Indigenous peoples. It will include a lineup of youth role models awards, traditional dancers, caregiver sessions, vendors, and more.
Cree Nation member and Indigenous activist Theland Kicknosway is the key note speaker for the event.
The conference goes at the Grande Prairie Friendship Centre May 24 to 25.
