Holy Family Catholic Regional Division Ward 2 Trustee acclaimed to office

The new Ward 2 – McLennan trustee has been selected for Holy Family Catholic Regional Division.

Victoria Patrick Barkhouse was acclaimed May 15 after no other candidates put their names into the race.

Barkhouse is a member of the Canadian Therapeutic Recreation Association and worked as a Recreation Therapist at Manoir Du Lac Integrated Life Care from 2015 to 2021.

Board Chair Kelly Whalen says Barkhouse’s dedication and passion for Catholic Education will be an asset to the division.

The board’s next meeting June 19 will be their first with the new trustee.
