Emergency department disruption for Fairview Health Complex

Alberta Health Services says the emergency department at the Fairview Health Complex will be without an on-site physician from 7 a.m. Thursday, June 6 until 7 a.m. Friday, June 7.

Anyone with a medical emergency can still call 911 as EMS is still available.

Nursing staff will be on-site in Fairview to provide triage and assessments.

AHS says this disruption could be cancelled if coverage can be found.
