ARC Resources Ltd. celebrates $1.25M donation to Ronald McDonald House at Grande Prairie Golf Classic

A significant donation to the Ronald McDonald House in Calgary was celebrated at a fundraiser event for the non-profit held in Grande Prairie.

ARC Resources Ltd., which has operations in Grande Prairie, Calgary, and Dawson Creek, has announced a $1.25 million donation to help expand the Energy Wing of the Calgary facility.

The donation was celebrated at the RMHC Alberta Charity Golf Classic in Grande Prairie Monday, an annual event to raise funds and awareness for the organization.

The expansion will benefit families, including those from Grande Prairie, that need to travel to Calgary for pediatric medical care by creating 64 new family suites, expanding the kitchen area, common spaces, and programming spaces to suit the needs of all families.
