Cowboys pick up first win

The Peace Country Cowboys beat the visiting Central Alberta Buccaneers 28-18 Saturday for their first win of the Alberta Football League season.

The Cowboys are now 1-3.

Their next game is Saturday at home against the Edmonton Elite. That will be the Cowboys final home game of the regular season.

Kick-off will be at 6 p.m. at CKC Field.
