Vigen retakes aggregate lead at Rangeland Derby

After dropping to third after Thursday’s races, Chanse Vigen has retaken first in the aggregate at the Calgary Stampede’s Rangeland Derby.
Vigen had the fastest time Friday night with a clocking of 1:10.81. Jason Glass, Wade Salmond and Obrey Motowylo rounded out the top four for Friday night. This is the third time during the Rangeland Derby that Vigen has recorded the night’s fastest time.
Vigen, Glass and Layne MacGillivray hold the top three spots in the aggregate. Motowylo is fourth overall and Chad Fike sits in fifth.
The top three after Saturday’s heats will advance to Sunday’s championship final.
