Donations support Jasper

Alberta Day of Caring

Alberta Day of Caring is set to take place on Wednesday, July 31.

This initiative, led by Pattison Media and other Alberta radio stations, was designed as a way to raise funds for Jasper and those affected by the wildfires.

Donations can be made out three ways: through the Alberta Day of Caring website, by texting the word ‘RADIO‘ to 20222 to donate $10 to the Alberta Fires Appeal, or by taking bottle donations to any depot in Alberta on Wednesday, and saying; “These are for Jasper.”

Money raised throughout this day will then be matched by both the provincial and federal governments.

A fundraiser community barbecue is also planned to take place at Save-on-Foods in Grande Prairie from 2 to 6 p.m. Donations will be accepted and matched by Save-on-Foods during the event.
