Alberta Sheriff uniform and personal firearms stolen from home in Grande Prairie

On the evening of Wednesday, July 31, 2024, a break and enter at a residence in Grande Prairie was attended to by Grande Prairie RCMP.

Upon arriving at the scene, police learned an unknown number of suspects entered the victim’s home and stole several securely stored firearms, both shot guns and long guns, as well as bicycles, a laptop, and a short sleeve Alberta Sheriff uniform shirt.

Mounties are working to determine the exact number, make and model of the stolen firearms.

Police would like to advise the public of the stolen Sheriff uniform as well.
