Mobile mammography unit making stops in Spirit River, High Prairie, & Silver Valley in August

Women at risk of developing breast cancer will have local access to mammography services later this month.
Alberta Health Services Screen Test is bringing a mobile mammography trailer to health centers in Spirit River, High Prairie and Silver Valley.
Screen Test is dedicated to improving access to cancer screening for women in Alberta communities where mammography is not readily available.
The mammography trailer will be stationed at the Central Peace Health Complex August 19 to 23, the Savanna Agricultural Society Rec Plex August 27 and the High Prairie Health Complex August 28 to 31 and September 3 to 7.
