Alberta province launches sign-up page for Jasper bus tours

More information has been released by the province regarding bus tours of Jasper for residents that lost their homes in the fires.

Alberta’s government, in collaboration with Parks Canada and the Municipality of Jasper have launched a web page where residents can sign up to join a bus tour of the area.

Any residents of Jasper are invited to sign up, but priority will be given to those who have lost their homes.

Mental health professionals will also be on the bus to help mentally prepare residents to view the damages.

The bus tours are subject to change as the wildfire situation in Jasper National Park continues to fluctuate.
