County of Grande Prairie organizing Home Alone Safety Training program

The County of Grande Prairie Family and Community Support Services is organizing an information session next month to educate children on how to stay safe when they’re home alone.
The program will teach kids between the ages of 9 and 11 various important pieces of self-care information including first aid, fire safety, online safety, and accident prevention.
The course is happening September 20 at the Hythe and Area FCSS Office, registration ends September 18.
