CJHL ranks Grande Prairie Storm in the top 20

After a successful weekend in Calgary for the AJHL showcase, the Grande Prairie Storm have been named one of the top 10 CJHL teams in Canada.

After shutting out Fort Mac 3-0 and beating the Canmore Eagles 3-2; their performance earned them the 10th spot on the top 20 list of Canadian Junior Hockey League teams.

Drumheller is the only other AJHL team featured on the list, currently sitting at the 15th spot. BCHL teams are also excluded from the list, as they don’t fall under Hockey Canada or CJHL sanctions.

The Storm next play Canmore at noon on Friday, October 5 for Hockey Hookey Day at the Bonnetts Energy Centre. Storm have fine wins and a shootout loss so far this season.
