Fairview Health Complex ED without an onsite physician

The Fairview Emergency Department is again without a doctor for 48 hours starting at 7 a.m. today. (Monday, October 7)

No doctor will be in the ED till 7 a.m. on Wednesday, October 9, however, nursing staff is onsite to perform urgent triage and assessments.

EMS will also be rerouting calls to nearby facilities.

AHS says the disruption could be cancelled if coverage is found.
