Firearms complaint leads to charges

Grande Prairie RCMP say one person has been charged after a firearms complaint Thanksgiving morning.

Police say they were called out to a location along Township Road 714 between Range Roads 51 and 53 Monday morning.

A few hours later, someone Mounties describe as “an adult age male” was taken into custody. He is facing firearms charges.

RCMP did not release his name or any other details about the incident.
