WestJet adds new daily flight from Edmonton to Grande Prairie to summer 2025 schedule

Changes to West Jet’s flights in and out of Edmonton will increase traffic towards Grande Prairie.

On Monday, West Jet announced that their summer 2025 schedule which includes new flights from Edmonton to Salt Lake City and Chicago, as well as an expansion to their domestic routes.

Mayor Jackie Clayton says this will create an additional daily flight to Grande Prairie and increase the frequency of flights from four times per week to eleven.

2025 is looking to be West Jet’s largest Edmonton schedule to date.
