Winter driving conditions hit the Peace region

511 Alberta is reporting all highways in the Peace region are covered with snow and ice.

It also shows that multiple highways are experiencing low visibility, including Highway 49, 2, 59 and 40.

Highways 677, 733, 724 and 674 are not experiencing any visibility issues, but are all listed as partly covered.

Snow removal crews are also expected on the roads today, (Tuesday, November 19) so drivers should travel with caution.
