Snow plowing updates from the City and County of Grande Prairie

City Hall says snow plows and sanders are busy with ice control on arterial rods and bus routes.

Priority 1 roads have been plowed and blading in the Highland Park, Smith, and Cobblestone neighbourhoods is also complete.

Windrow removal is underway.

The clearing of Priority 1 bus stops should be finished Thursday morning with work continuing on Priority 2 stops and trails continuing.

County of Grande Prairie crews are expected to start snow clearing in Hythe today (Thursday, November 21).

The county says temporary parking restrictions will be in place when the digital No Parking signs are up. This means there is no on-street parking in these areas from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m.
