International Volunteer Day Celebration Breakfast happening in Grande Prairie Dec. 5

The City of Grande Prairie and the Grande Prairie Regional Association of Volunteer Organizations will be presenting their 2024 collective Annual Volunteer Awards Thursday, December 5.

The awards will be presented at the International Volunteer Day Celebration Breakfast at the Golden Age Centre.

GP-RAVO’s awards consist of the Leader of Tomorrow, Volunteer of the Year, and Corporate Volunteer of the Year, While the City has the George Repka Outstanding Achievement Award and the Bill Bowes Volunteer Organization of the year award.

The breakfast event is happening at the Golden Age Centre on Thursday, doors open at 7:00 a.m.
