Grande Prairie Storm players selected to represent western Canada

Two Grande Prairie Storm players will represent western Canada in the 2024 World Junior A Challenge.
Storm defencemen Matthew Gillard was named to the roster, shortly after claiming the AJHL’s Player of the Week award.
He will be joined by Storm rookie forward Max Algajer, who is currently third in Storm scoring with 21 points, thanks to eight goals and thirteen assists in 23 games.
Starting on Monday, December 9, both boys will be dawning the maple leaf in Camrose and taking on other Junior A talent from around the world.
