Art Gallery of Grande Prairie undergoes renovations

The Art Gallery of Grande Prairie will be temporarily closing its doors, starting today. (Monday, January 6)

The gallery will now be closed for two weeks, as renovations are taking place.

However, construction will not affect other operations at the Montrose Cultural Centre, according to the City of Grande Prairie.

In a release, AGGP said; “A temporary closure like this is different from our regular schedule, however after much consideration, the closure of the Gallery is best for the safety of the artwork and the safety of Gallery staff.”
