Municipal District of Greenview holding open house meetings for Land Use Bylaw amendments

The Municipal District of Greenview is holding Land Use Bylaw Open Houses this month to gather input on bylaw updates involving the Hamlet of Grande Cache.

The planned updates will incorporate Grande Cache to the Land Use Bylaw and aims to support rural residents by providing more permit exemptions, greater opportunities for home-based businesses and expanded development options.

Resident’s feed back is being sought by the MD to highlight any overlooked areas of the bylaw, refine or challenge the updates, and ensure community needs are addressed.
